Terms of sale

These terms cover buying from Nordis. By placing an order you agree to them. The seller and responsible food business operator is Nordis Health Ltd, London, United Kingdom.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Payment is taken through Shopify at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment clears and you receive an order confirmation.

Delivery

We dispatch from the UK. Delivery estimates are on the shipping and returns page and are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and refunds

Your rights are set out on the shipping and returns page. For food supplements, opened jars cannot be resold for safety reasons.
