We dispatch from the UK, currently to UK addresses.

Delivery times and cost

Standard UK delivery is usually 2 to 5 working days and costs £2.49, or it is free when you order 2 or more (any order over £35). The exact cost always shows at checkout before you pay. You will get tracking when your order ships.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it.

If you try Re Lierre and decide it's not for you, email us within 30 days and we will refund you. Yes, even if the jar is open. We would rather you try it calmly than keep something you don't want.
